Rebel, pioneer, innovator, thought provoker, founder, husband, and father. By day I’m officially Global Head of Talent Sourcing and People Analytics at an 11 year old $2 Billion tech unicorn. What that really means is I have the honor and pleasure to serve as chief talent sourcing advisor and recruitment transformation leader for a group of very talented, passionate and dedicated people on a mission to disrupt how consumers shop online. In and out of work I’m quirky, introverted, creative, generous, humorous and loyal. Some call me a Subject Matter Expert, others see me as a Mad Scientist, Educator, or Advisor. Just don’t call me a “guru” because I have more questions than answers. My drive to serve compels me to be a coach and guide, or even a mentor, certainly not a sage. You’ll find my name on hundreds of “top influencer” lists but don’t be fooled, I’m just a geek with a passion for solving puzzles and a facility for seeing patterns others missed.

Erin is a Senior Tech Talent Sourcer at PayPal and is an active contributor to the sourcing community. She has worked in talent acquisition for healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, education, and marketing industries for the past seven years.

Alla Pavlova won a nomination of the most influential sourcer of 2022 in the Netherlands. She creates tailored sourcing training for tech recruiters and sourcers. Alla has been building tech teams since 2008 for tech startups and gaming companies like Miro, GameHouse, Viber, Dott, Blendle, Relive, and others. Currently scaling Riot Games Singapore studio. Also, she is contributing to tech communities and leading Slack Community Amsterdam Chapter. In her free time, she is conducting sourcing parties (ask her to join) and playing computer games.

Faith is a long-time veteran of Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she’s engaged with thousands of candidates, advised engineering leaders on diverse hiring and helped to shape the hiring process at tech companies such as Expedia, Uber and Twitter. Faith built NeuroTalent Consulting to help companies understand that autistic people think differently, not worse. They can be uniquely intelligent, creative, honest, integrious and hyper-attentive to details.

I’m originally from Southern California, and went to school at UC Berkeley. After growing in my first sourcing job with Rocket Mortgage, I found a remote role & have been somewhat of a nomad ever since. Over the course of 6 years, and living in 6 different states, I’ve found Guild & made Arizona my home. I’m also a semi-retired professional beatboxer, and was ranked 3rd in the US a few years back! I look forward to sharing some fun tips & tricks with you all!

Marvin has been in Talent Acquisition for over 11 years, working across Executive Search, in-house Corporate Sourcing, and Full-Cycle Recruiting. Industry verticals have included CPG, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Software Engineering, and G&A. When he is not behind his keyboard, he enjoys reading, playing and watching hockey, and spending time with the fam.

Larry started in direct-selling for ten years (AKA, door-to-door), got tired of it, and went into recruiting, and he’s loved it ever since. Since he made the switch, his focus has been on finding the best candidates for the job while providing the best candidate experience for all of his candidates, whether he can place them or not.

When he’s not recruiting, you can find him watching college football, playing disc golf, flying around in Rocket League, or in the mosh pit of a metal show.
