I have over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry and I have specialised in the Tech space for most of this time. Before starting my career in Recruitment, I taught unruly children in London; operated a ski chairlift in the USA and taught people to Scuba Dive in SE Asia.

I launched my own Sourcing Business in 2019 and it was the best decision for me to become a Solopreneur. I have never been as challenged, yet at the same time, as fulfilled as I am now. I am passionate about raising the standard of Sourcing in Africa so that we can get up to speed with our global competitors.

I also love presenting about talent attraction, career branding and sharing my knowledge, and experience, with others. I am often asked to deliver Keynote Presentations at international conferences like SourceCon, Sourcing Summit, Talent42, Talentnet, to name a few.

Alla has been building tech teams since 2008 for tech startups and gaming companies like Miro, GameHouse, Viber, Dott, Blendle, Relive, and others. Currently scaling Riot Games Singapore studio. Also, she is contributing to tech communities and leading Slack Community Amsterdam Chapter. In her free time, she is conducting sourcing parties (ask her to join) and playing computer games.
