HRTX Testimonials
Don’t take our word for it. See what our past attendees had to say about HRTX.
The speakers were engaging, topics were relevant, interesting, I feel I had things to take away and apply to my team either from the presentation or even the side chat. It was nice that they answered questions as they came in through the chat.
For me, this was the best HRTX yet, as it blended terrific content for both new and very seasoned sourcers.
The wealth of knowledge shared was outstanding. I had to keep hopping in and out because of other calls, but I came out of that being a stronger recruiter.
I cannot stop at a few, so I will say all of it. I am a fan of sneaky tricks to finding people and the networking is always amazing.
I loved being able to network. I made quite a few new connections. I also had my team of newer sourcers join, and they had several takeaways and did a ton of screen shots. My favorite sessions were with Carrie and Vanessa and Brian and Erin! It was a great day!
The vibe of everything was very positive with what really seemed like a community of professionals willing and able to help anyone interested. This is definitely a group of people I will be sure to make part of my professional support network!
Pulling something like this off is inherently challenging, especially for it to be engaging. By providing great content in an interactive setting that offered just enough variety, breaks, ramp-ups, and topic shifts, it’s incredibly clear that y’all nailed it! Brian MCing kept the vibe up! I bet he’s still tired.
The thing I love about HRTX events is that everyone truly enjoys sharing their knowledge. Real people doing what they do best. Each person brings a new prospective, with a lot of fun mixed in. I always walk away with new learning and invigorated to test out a new way of doing something.
The validation and transparency of where we are all at in the sourcing industry. The real talk and the partnership feels so affirming.
Amazing content, excellent topic coverage, great opportunity to network and exchange contact info. Shally’s recap was key. Can’t wait for the recordings!!
I loved the format and the topics. The way this event was presented was a vast improvement over previous events. Laid back and fun is always a win in my book. Sessions like Inclusive Strategies for Neurodiverse Talent with Faith Saenz were educational and engaging. I truly feel smarter after the event.
There were so many innovative and practical ideas that do not require massive budgets. I came away inspired and enabled.
A lot of information that can be actionable right now. A broad base of perspectives that helps widen my understanding. Impressed that even someone like Shally, who has done this for some time, can talk about things he learned or that affected his perspective.
Learning tool secrets like boolean string combinations (hint “AROUND” rocks!) New ways to do things like Fox Hunting on LinkedIn
All the presentations I made it to were informative, and it wasn’t rehashing stuff I already know. Hosts were engaging and fun.
I’m loving the practical sessions. Strategy is great too, but seeing something in action creates opportunities for quick wins when we go back to our jobs.
The community and the engagement was fantastic! Also, the second most important thing – the speakers – did a great job with their sessions. It was refreshing to see professionals helping their peers and not trying to sell them.
Each presentation was genuinely honest, helpful and supportive in creating a learning environment (this is self-generated and not from ChatGPT)
Everything. I loved the individual sessions and the different focus on sourcing for tech talent using a variety of skillsets. I learned so many practical things, and the presenters were great, and the attendees were so helpful as well. Thank you to everyone who organized this event and also to all the presenters.
Loved the sharing of ideas and the general camaraderie. Also, the transparency of what works. I thought the event was excellent. One of the best I have attended.
It’s hard to identify just one thing. Let me what I really enjoyed and appreciated: It felt like a relaxed venue to still take on some serious learning that can immediately be applied. There was candor by speakers and by us-the audience. Thanks for having the chatbox open through the entire camp. Faith’s presentation hit all the marks in drawing out material and building audience trust that was outstanding. Excellent real-time responses to chat questions by some of the presenters. In all, awesome job! You made Summer Camp fun!
I love how there was no gate keeping and everyone, from speakers to attendees, shared all the information they had on best sourcing, outreach and engagement practices.
